1. Acceptance and scope

These terms govern AceiteySal’s participation features. By creating an account or using My kitchen, you confirm that you have read these terms and the privacy policy. Public access to recipes and articles is also governed by the legal notice.

2. Account and security

You must provide accurate information, keep your access secure and tell us if you detect unauthorized use. Each account is personal. We may verify email addresses, limit abusive attempts or temporarily suspend an account to protect the service.

3. Favourites, ratings and menus

These tools are for personal use. Ratings must reflect an honest experience and may not be manipulated through multiple accounts or automation. Menus and lists use the available information: check quantities, allergies and dietary needs before shopping or cooking.

4. Recipe submissions and other content

Submit only text and images you own or are authorized to use. By submitting content, you grant AceiteySal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to review, adapt, translate, publish and communicate it within the project, preserving attribution where appropriate. You may request removal without affecting prior lawful use.

Submissions are reviewed and may be corrected, combined with existing content, kept as drafts or rejected. There is no obligation to publish or pay compensation unless agreed in writing beforehand.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Suplantar identidades, acosar o publicar datos personales de terceros.
• Enviar contenido ilícito, engañoso, peligroso, discriminatorio o que vulnere derechos.
• Manipular valoraciones, eludir medidas de seguridad o automatizar accesos abusivos.
• Utilizar el sitio para publicidad no solicitada o para extraer y republicar masivamente su contenido.

6. Moderation, account closure and availability

Podemos retirar contenido o limitar cuentas cuando sea necesario para aplicar estas reglas, cumplir la ley o proteger a la comunidad. Puedes solicitar la baja y supresión de tu cuenta escribiendo a info@aceiteysal.com. El servicio puede evolucionar, cambiar o interrumpirse por motivos técnicos o editoriales.

7. Food and health

Calories and nutrition values are estimates. Information about diets, intolerances and allergens does not replace product labels or professional advice. Each user is responsible for checking ingredients, cross-contamination and suitability for their needs.
