1. Purpose

AceiteySal aims to help people cook with confidence. We prioritize clear instructions, consistent quantities, linked ingredients, practical tips and useful classification without exaggerated claims.

2. Recipe creation and review

When adding a recipe, we review its culinary consistency, standardize servings, units, timings and steps, separate tips from the method, and check likely categories and allergens. Inspiration sources are not copied verbatim: content is restructured and written in our own voice.

We do not describe a method as tested unless it has been cooked and verified under those conditions. Estimated figures, including calories, variable timings and equivalents, are identified as estimates.

3. Ingredients, nutrition and health

Ingredient guides explain selection, storage and uses. Values per 100 g and recipe calories use averages and vary by brand, variety, portion and cooking method. Health content is educational, aims to rely on institutional or scientific sources and does not replace professional care.

4. Images and supporting tools

Images aim to represent the dish or topic realistically. They may be original photographs, licensed material or images created or adapted with generative tools. All are reviewed to avoid misleading elements and include descriptive alternative text.

We may use automated tools to organize information, estimate values or support writing, but decisions to publish, classify, correct and maintain content remain part of AceiteySal’s editorial process.

5. Sources, attribution and submitted content

En artículos técnicos o de salud se priorizan organismos públicos, documentación oficial y publicaciones fiables. Las recetas aportadas por usuarios pasan a borrador y se supervisan antes de publicarse. No aceptamos textos o imágenes copiados sin autorización.

6. Corrections and updates

Corregimos cantidades, pasos, alérgenos, enlaces o metadatos cuando detectamos un problema. Las revisiones relevantes actualizan la fecha del contenido cuando el formato lo permite. Puedes avisarnos mediante el formulario Report a content correction.
