Method

  1. Peel and boil the carrots in water for 20-25 minutes. Drain thoroughly and mash.

  2. Mix with sugar and 250 g coconut. Cover the surface and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Shape into balls and roll in the remaining 100 g coconut. Serve.
