Method

  1. Chop the tomato, green pepper and onion for 4 sec/speed 4. Add water, oil and salt. Put the sliced potatoes in the simmering basket and cook for 20 min/Varoma/speed 1.

  2. Place the hake in the Varoma, leaving some steam slots clear. Position it on the lid and cook for 7 min/Varoma/speed 1, until cooked through.

  3. Transfer the hake and tender potatoes to a serving bowl. Let the stock cool before blending for 30 sec, gradually increasing from speed 5 to 10 as permitted by your model instructions.

  4. Pour the stock over the fish and potatoes. Add the lemon juice, stir gently and serve.
