- Garlic peeled and sliced 9 g
- Soy sauce regular or reduced-salt 25 g
- Plain flour plain wheat flour 12 g
- Extra virgin olive oil for sautéing 35 g
- Water reserve 150 g cooking liquid 2000 g
- Parsley chopped 4 g

Wash the chard and separate leaves and stems. Remove tough strings, dice the stems into 1 cm pieces and boil in the water for 10 minutes. Add the sliced leaves and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Reserve 150 g cooking liquid, drain well and discard the remaining water.

Heat all the oil in a wide frying pan. Gently colour the garlic for 1 minute, add the ham and stir for 1 minute. Add the flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Gradually stir in the reserved 150 g cooking liquid and the soy sauce to disperse the flour. Add the prawns and simmer for 3-4 minutes until opaque and cooked at the centre. Add the drained chard and stir for 2 minutes to heat through.

Divide between four plates with all the pan sauce and sprinkle with the parsley. Serve hot.
