Method

  1. Chop the green pepper, onion and garlic for 5 seconds at speed 4. Add the crushed tomatoes and olive oil and cook for 10 minutes at 100°C, speed 1.

  2. Add the peeled potatoes broken into chunks, bay leaf, cayenne, choricero pepper paste, fish stock and salt. Cook for 15 minutes at 100°C, reverse rotation, spoon speed.

  3. Add the fresh bonito in 3 cm cubes and chopped parsley. Cook for 10 minutes at 100°C, reverse rotation, spoon speed, until the fish and potatoes are cooked. Remove the bay leaf and serve.
