Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, cool and peel. Chop two and slice the third for the topping.

Drain and flake the tuna. Chop the crab sticks and stuffed olives. Mix with the two chopped eggs and 60 g mayonnaise; the filling should hold together without becoming wet.

Line a roughly 24 × 10 cm loaf tin. Add a layer of sliced white bread, trimming it to cover the base, followed by a thin layer of filling. Continue layering and finish with bread.

Cover, place a light weight on top and chill for at least 2 hours so the loaf sets. Turn out onto a serving plate.

Mix the remaining 20 g mayonnaise with the cream cheese and spread a thin layer over the loaf. Finish with the sliced egg, king prawns and chives. Keep chilled until serving.
