Ingredients
+ Añadir a un menú- Tuna 1 large tin in spring water, well drained 120 g
- Avocado 1 medium avocado, prepared weight 150 g
- Egg cooked and chopped 2 unidades
- Plain Greek or high-protein yoghurt 4 tablespoons, plain and unsweetened 60 g
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon 5 g
- Onion 2 tablespoons, finely chopped 30 g
- Fresh coriander 2 tablespoons, chopped 8 g
- Lemon juice of half a lemon 30 ml
- Salt to taste 2 g
- Black pepper freshly ground 1 g
- Wheat tortilla large burrito tortillas 2 unidades
Method

Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. Cool in water, peel and chop.

Mash the avocado in a bowl with the lemon juice, mustard, yoghurt, salt and pepper.

Add the drained tuna, eggs, onion and coriander. Mix gently, keeping some texture.

Warm the tortillas briefly in a frying pan to make them flexible.

Divide the filling between the tortillas, fold in the sides and roll up firmly. Serve whole or cut in half.
