Method

  1. Chop the walnuts for 5 sec/speed 7 and set aside.

  2. Mix yoghurt, vanilla extract and honey for 10 sec/speed 4. Add the walnuts and mix for 15 sec/speed 4.

  3. Peel and slice the kiwi fruit. Divide between four glasses and spoon over the yoghurt cream. Serve immediately.
