Method

Drain the chickpeas, reserving 60 ml cooking water. Drain the piquillo peppers too.

Blend chickpeas, peppers, garlic, reserved liquid, lemon juice, tahini, salt and cumin until creamy.

Transfer to a bowl and spoon the 10 g oil over the top. Serve or keep covered in the fridge.
