Method

  1. Place the cold, uncracked eggs in the air-fryer basket, spaced so air can circulate. There is no need to preheat.

  2. Cook at 130°C for 14-16 minutes. As appliances vary, test one egg first and adjust by a minute in future batches.

  3. Immediately transfer the eggs to a bowl of iced water for 5 minutes to stop the cooking.

  4. Gently crack the shells all over, peel under a trickle of water if needed, and refrigerate unpeeled eggs for up to two days.
