How to choose

The quick choice depends on your routine

For a versatile single basket, our editorial pick is COSORI TurboBlaze CAF-DC602-KEUR. To prepare two components with different programmes, we would choose the Ninja AF400EU format. If you prefer a single basket with a larger nominal volume, Philips NA332/00 is another option to consider. There is no universal winner: a family cooking in batches may need something different from someone serving two preparations at once.

How we made the selection

We cross-checked model, nominal capacity, power and stated features in manufacturers' manuals and product pages. We have not performed physical tests of cooking, noise, durability or energy use. Recommendations interpret those data for cooking purposes. We do not assign scores or rank by customer reviews. Nor do we give a fixed value-for-money award without comparing equivalent current offers.

What to check before buying

  • Capacity and layout: compare a single basket with each drawer of a dual model, not just their combined litres. Count the pieces you need to cook in one layer.
  • Worktop: measure the appliance, drawer travel and ventilation clearance specified in its manual.
  • Power: this is rated power, not the exact energy use of a recipe or a guarantee of greater speed.
  • Cleaning: check which parts are dishwasher-safe and how to care for their coating. Use suitable utensils and avoid abrasives.
  • Programmes: time and temperature controls and basket layout usually matter more than a long list of function names.

Cooking tip

Choose a size for a batch that allows air to circulate. If you regularly need two batches to brown food without piling it up, a larger basket may be more useful than extra programmes. Recipe timings are a guide: check doneness and adapt the load to your appliance.

Transparency about this pilot

Images come from product pages; sources are listed in each review. Amazon links open a search for the reference, not a preselected offer. Check the model, seller, plug, attachments and terms before buying. This pilot is aimed at the Spanish market.

COSORI TurboBlaze 6 L — CAF-DC602-KEUR
Our pick

COSORI TurboBlaze 6 L — CAF-DC602-KEUR

A single 6-litre basket and a wide temperature range for switching between everyday cooking and low-temperature preparations.

Capacity: 6 LPower: 1725 WEditorial score: 9.8/10

Specification-based analysis · Reviewed 13 Sep 2026

Best suited to: Everyday cooking in one basket · Anyone looking for a wide temperature range

What we like

  • A nominal 6 L capacity in one basket, rather than two drawers.
  • A stated temperature range of 30–230 °C.

Things to consider

  • A single zone: preparations requiring different temperatures need separate batches.
  • Nominal volume does not tell you how many pieces fit in a single layer.
Methodology and evidence

Review of manufacturer documentation and analysis of cooking uses. No hands-on tests, ratings, prices or stock information.

This is our single-basket pick for the combination of capacity and temperature range stated in its manual, not because of a comparative speed test. Its 6 L capacity lets you organise a generous batch, but foods that need to brown still need space between them.

For potatoes and vegetables, do not simply extend the cooking time to compensate for an overcrowded basket. Divide the load and shake or stir when the recipe calls for it. Check the CAF-DC602-KEUR reference: we do not assume that US variants or other TurboBlaze models with different codes are equivalent.

Ninja Dual Zone AF400EU — 9.5 L

Ninja Dual Zone AF400EU — 9.5 L

Two independent 4.75-litre drawers for preparing two components and coordinating their finishing times.

Capacity: 9.5 LPower: 2470 W

Specification-based analysis · Reviewed 13 Sep 2026

Best suited to: Families preparing two meal components · Cooking a side dish and main course separately

What we like

  • Two independent zones with a total capacity of 9.5 L.
  • SYNC and MATCH functions to coordinate or duplicate cooking settings.

Things to consider

  • The 9.5 L capacity is divided between two drawers: it is not equivalent to one basket of that size.
  • The double-drawer design requires enough worktop space and clearance to open both drawers.
Methodology and evidence

Review of manufacturer documentation and analysis of cooking uses. No hands-on tests, ratings, prices or stock information.

This model's advantage is organisation: each drawer uses its own programme, and SYNC lets you coordinate when they finish. It is our choice for a meal with two components, provided that the quantities fit in each basket.

Do not compare its 9.5 L total capacity with a single basket for roasting a large piece of food. Each zone holds 4.75 L. To serve vegetables and another preparation together, calculate the quantities per drawer and check each component for doneness separately. Synchronisation does not replace that check.

Philips 3000 Series Airfryer NA332/00 — 6.2 L

Philips 3000 Series Airfryer NA332/00 — 6.2 L

A single 6.2-litre basket for anyone who prioritises an undivided cooking space over two independent zones.

Capacity: 6.2 LPower: 1700 W

Specification-based analysis · Reviewed 13 Sep 2026

Best suited to: Families cooking one preparation per batch · Anyone who prefers an undivided basket

What we like

  • A nominal 6.2 L capacity in a single basket.
  • A specific model reference that is easy to distinguish from the larger sizes in the series.

Things to consider

  • Only one cooking zone.
  • Other capacities in the 3000 Series are different models.
Methodology and evidence

Review of manufacturer documentation and analysis of cooking uses. No hands-on tests, ratings, prices or stock information.

The NA332/00 offers slightly more nominal volume than a 5.2 L or 5.5 L basket. That may help with a batch of vegetables or potatoes, although the volume alone does not guarantee an extra portion: the basket's shape and surface area also matter.

Before choosing a baking tin, check the usable dimensions and leave room for air to circulate around it. Do not use the capacity of another Philips model as a reference: this review covers only the NA332/00, with a stated capacity of 6.2 L and power of 1700 W.

Ninja MAX AF160EU — 5.2 L

Ninja MAX AF160EU — 5.2 L

A single-basket 5.2-litre alternative for anyone who does not need to coordinate two cooking zones.

Capacity: 5.2 LPower: 1750 W

Specification-based analysis · Reviewed 13 Sep 2026

Best suited to: Moderate batches · Preparing one component at a time

What we like

  • One basket and six cooking functions.
  • Lets you prepare a side dish without managing two compartments.

Things to consider

  • Lower nominal capacity than the 6 L and 6.2 L single-basket models in this selection.
  • Cannot run two independent programmes simultaneously.
Methodology and evidence

Review of manufacturer documentation and analysis of cooking uses. No hands-on tests, ratings, prices or stock information.

The MAX AF160EU may suit cooking one preparation per batch. Its 5.2 L capacity does not automatically make it the best option for one person: before buying, check its footprint and the basket size you actually need.

If you often make potatoes for several people, usable surface area matters more than the number of programmes. For an even result, use a load you can move around. We would choose a dual-zone model if the usual challenge is serving two different preparations at the same time.

Best suited to: Anyone who wants an accessory set to get started · Everyday cooking that does not require temperatures above 200 °C

What we like

  • A nominal capacity of 5.5 L.
  • The version reviewed includes a brush, spatula, mat and silicone mould.

Things to consider

  • A stated maximum temperature of 200 °C.
  • The bundle and InoxBlack variant may differ: check the reference before buying.
Methodology and evidence

Its appeal is a medium-sized basket bundled with accessories, not a claim that it is always the cheapest. Compare the final cost of the exact bundle with the other models on the day you buy: we do not display prices that may become outdated.

Use the baking mould when the preparation needs it. For browning potatoes or vegetables, a container covering the base may restrict airflow; check the manufacturer's instructions. Its stated range of 80–200 °C does not support the same low-temperature uses as some other options in this selection.

Frequently asked questions

How many litres do I need?

There is no fixed conversion between litres and portions. Consider which pieces need to lie flat and whether you will cook a whole meal or just a side dish.

Is a dual air fryer always better?

No. It allows two separate preparations, but its drawers may not fit a large piece that would fit in a single basket.

Does higher wattage mean lower running costs?

No. Rated power alone does not measure a recipe's energy use; time, temperature, quantity and heating-element cycles also matter.

Has AceiteySal tested these models?

No. This comparison is based on manufacturer documentation and cooking judgement, not hands-on testing or laboratory trials.
