Heat 75 g olive oil with the lemon peel and aniseed for 5 minutes at 100°C, speed 1. Strain out the peel and seeds and return the oil to the bowl.

Add the sugar, flour and milk. Mix for 8 seconds at speed 6 and cook for 7 minutes at 100°C, speed 4 until thickened.

Meanwhile, dice the bread and brown in a frying pan with the remaining 10 g olive oil for about 5 minutes. Serve the porridge in bowls with the crisp bread and a dusting of cinnamon.
