Method

  1. Chop the onion for 4 seconds at speed 4. Add the olive oil and cook for 5 minutes at 100°C, speed 1. Set aside in a bowl and allow to cool slightly.

  2. Mix the natural yoghurt, thyme, salt and sugar for 6 seconds at speed 4. Add the wholemeal wheat flour and bicarbonate of soda and mix for 10 seconds at speed 6. Add the onion and its oil and mix for 5 seconds at speed 2. Finish combining by hand without overworking.

  3. Roll between two sheets of baking paper to 1 cm thick. Cut about 12 rounds with a cutter and place on a lined tray. Brush with milk and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes until cooked through.
