Drain the tuna and sweetcorn thoroughly. Finely dice the tomato and red onion and discard any liquid released by the tomato.

Mash the avocado with a fork and mix with the cream cheese. Stir in the tuna, sweetcorn, tomato and onion until evenly distributed.

Divide the filling between the three wheat tortillas, fold the ends inward and roll up. They should close without stretching the tortilla; keep the seam underneath.

Preheat the empty air fryer for 3 minutes at 180°C. Cook in one or two uncrowded batches for 5–6 minutes per batch at 180°C, turning halfway through, until lightly toasted. Serve one wrap per person.
