Cut the cold puff pastry into six rectangles and slice the pear about 3 mm thick. Keep the pastry refrigerated while preparing the rest.

Grease an oven-safe silicone liner compatible with the basket with the olive oil. For each tartlet, arrange one-sixth of the pear, blue cheese and walnuts. Cover with a pastry rectangle, press the edges and brush with the beaten egg.

Preheat the empty air fryer for 5 minutes at 180°C. Cook three batches of two for 10–12 minutes at 180°C until the pastry is puffed and cooked, not merely coloured on top. Leave on the liner for 2 minutes, then invert with a wide spatula.

Drizzle the honey over all six tartlets and serve one per person while warm.
