Method

Soften chopped garlic and onion in oil for 10 minutes with half the salt.
Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes. Add beef and pepper and cook for 5 minutes, breaking up, until cooked.
Add capers and beer and boil for 2 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce and oregano and cook for 5 minutes.
Cook pasta as directed with remaining salt, reserve a ladleful of water and drain. Toss with sauce and some water until coated.
Serve with Parmesan and parsley.
