Wash and dry the banana skins. Preheat the empty air fryer for 3 minutes at 190°C. Add the whole unpeeled bananas and cook for 5 minutes at 190°C.

Remove with tongs and make a lengthways slit along the top without cutting through the bottom skin. Insert 10 g of dark chocolate into each banana and cook for another 2 minutes until it begins to melt.

Carefully open the skins, transfer to plates and add the peanut butter and the remaining 10 g of chopped chocolate. Add 40 g of vanilla ice cream to each plate.

Serve immediately, warning that the centre is hot. The skin is not eaten and is excluded from the nutritional calculation.
