Method

Mix diced apple with 10 g flour, cinnamon and 50 g brown sugar. Place in a lined 22 cm dish.

Rub 150 g flour and 175 g sugar with cold butter until crumbly. Cover the fruit and bake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes.

Toast almonds in a dry pan. Cool the crumble slightly and serve with almonds, ice cream.
